Who can join?

Members in our club fall into three categories.

Active Members

Mothers, stepmothers, or female legal guardians of a current or former Aggie student.

Associate Members

Anyone not a mother, stepmother, or female legal guardian of a current or former Aggie student.  Associate members are not eligible to vote or hold officer or committee chair positions for our Club.

Ring of Honor Members

Includes mothers, stepmothers, or female legal guardians of a former Aggie student.  Ring of Honor members are not eligible to vote or hold officer or committee chair positions for our Club.

What is the cost of membership?

• Active Members – $35
• Associate Members – $30
• Ring of Honor Members – $30

What are the benefits of being a member?

Monthly email blasts about social events and club activities and exclusive access to each other through our private Facebook Group.  Members are also able to purchase our custom Aggie Mom merchandise and Goody Bags that the club assembles and delivers to students in College Station right before final exams.

What are dues used for?

Dues are used for the operating expenses of the club. Fundraising is for annual scholarships given out at the end of the school year and our student organization donations.

What is the membership duration?

Membership is good for one academic year, June 1 through May 31.  There is no prorating of membership dues.

How do I sign up?

To join or renew membership in our Club, please complete the membership form and submit your payment for dues/donation with the form. The club uses CheddarUp for our membership so signing up easier than ever. 

Membership Level:  Visit the link to the Online Membership Form below to select your membership type (Active, Associate, Ring of Honor) and donations or sponsorships you want to make.
Personal Information: Fill out the information form so we know who you are and any information you want to provide about your student(s).
Payment:  Checkout on CheddarUp.  You can pay with credit card online or select “Other Payment Methods” to pay with cash or check. Online payments and in person credit card payments have a 4% convenience fee.   If you opt to pay with check, you can make it out to BCAMMC and mail to our treasurer, Natalie Outlaw.  Her mailing address is on the checkout page.
